Create a timeframe for day(s) working from home

A custom time frame can be used to route your calls to a different destination during certain parts of the day during the week. Recurring timeframes will come into affect weekly on a defined schedule.

Here's a brief overview of how to create a timeframe for when working from home office:

  1. Click on Add Rule Button
  2. Assign a descriptive name.
  3. Select certain days of the week and times.
  4. Create your custom schedule:
    1. Click on the checkbox(es) to choose days
    2. Click and drag the sliders to set the time range.
