Send calls to home office when working from home

Answering rules can be used to route your calls during specific timeframes. 

Here's a brief overview of how to send your calls to your home office phone:

  1. Click on Add Rule
  2. Choose the timeframe for when this rule should apply.
  3. Click the checkbox to enable Simultaneous Ring.
  4. Choose what phones should ring:
    • Ring all user's phones will ring all configured devices on the phones page.
    • Ring your extension and other phone numbers or phones.
    • Ring other phone numbers such as a home phone or cellular phone number.

NOTE: After saving, ensure your new rule has priority by clicking the arrows and dragging the rule to the top of the list.
