Agent Login/Logout Key

This key gives the user the ability to log into an ACD department and become eligible to take queued or distributed calls to department members, or, with an additional press of the key, log out for breaks, lunch, etc.

  1. To log in, press AGENT LOGIN/OUT, and then press SELECT. The key lights solid red and Agent Logged In appears in the display.
  2. To log out, press AGENT LOGIN/OUT again.
