Forward Always

My Call Features 

Set up your forwarding options to provide better service to customers and co-workers. This setting allows you to forward your call to a specified destination at all times. Remember: Forward Always overrides ALL other forwarding options listed.

  • Locate the My Call Features tab
  • Select Change at the bottom of the options box

  • Next to the Forward Always option, select Enable
  • Enter the number or extension of the destination you would like to forward the call to
  • Select Apply
