My Call Features – Forward Not Registered

This feature allows the user to forward a call to another destination if the device registration is not yet set up or has expired.

  • Locate the My Call Features tab
  • Select Change at the bottom of the options box

  • Next to the Forward Not Registered option, select Enable
  • Enter the number or extension of the destination you would like to forward the call to
  • Select Apply
