How to report drop calls, audio issues and call quality.

When creating a Kayako ticket to report issues with calls such as calls dropping or having poor audio (static, garbled, etc.) Please click on the Quick insert for Macro and use the pull down for "Call Examples". This will provide a guide as to what information is needed to start investigating problems with either dropped calls or calls with audio issues. The Macro will note the need for several call examples to aid in determining the cause. 3 to 5 examples would be most helpful in allowing us to move forward with investigation.

Additional information may be requested to further the investigation however this basic data is needed to get started. Please provide as much as possible.
