Forward No Answer

My Call Features 

Instead of directing an incoming call straight to voicemail, this feature allows users to forward calls to another number or extension.

  • Locate the My Call Features tab
  • Select Change at the bottom of the options box

  • Next to the Forward No Answer option, select Enable
  • Enter the number or extension of the destination you would like to forward the call to
  • Select Apply
