My Call History

The Vintalk User Portal My Call History section of the web-interface lists all the inbound and outbound call history for up to 30 days. While in this section, the user can see time and dates of inbound and outbound calls, click to redial the number or add the number to his/her personal directory.

  • Locate the My Call History drop down menu
  • Select Inbound Calls
  • Select the title header of any column to sort the inbound call data

  • Select the CALL link to call the number
    • Enter the extension or phone number where you wish to make the call from
    • Select the Call To Talk button

  • Select the ADD link to add the number to your Personal Directory
    • Enter the appropriate information in the fields
    • Select a contact type and select Add when finished
