XLite Softphone Upgrade, 4.8.2

One of our resellers has advised us that customers using XLite softphone are being advised to upgrade their version to 4.8.2. When the user does this, the application stops working on our platform. The account is unable to Enable. To fix this you have to go to Account Settings then to the Topology Tab. Under there make sure it is set to Auto Detect Firewall Traversal. Under the old version this was set to None.
Also the upgrade may return all of the settings back to default and you have to go back and re-configure. Best suggestion is if user is going to upgrade, they should review their current settings on the PC (or laptop) so that they can minimize the time it takes to restore.
