This is a quick step through for provisioning most Polycom phones when used on the Vintalk Hosted platform. This is not valid for use with the ESI Hosted PBX.

                                       Polycom Provisioning

1. Factory reset the phone.
   1. Press Menu>Settings>Admin Settings>Reset to Defaults>Reset Local Config

                a. Format File System

2. Re-provision the phone.
   1. Press Menu
   2. Press the number 3
   3. Press the number 2
   4. Enter password 456
   5. Press the number 1
   6. Press the number 1
   7. Scroll down and select the three dots below Server Menu
   8. Server Type needs to be HTTP
   9. Server address: ndp.vintalk.com/cfg
   10. Remove any username and password information as it’s not needed.
   11. Save settings and reboot.
