Domain Directory

The Domain Directory allows users to view and manage their company’s contacts with unlimited “click to call” capabilities.

  • Locate the My Applications drop down menu
  • Select Domain Directory

  • To call a contact, select the CALL link
    • Enter the number or extension you wish to Make [the] Call From
    • Select Call

  • To leave a voicemail to a contact in your Domain Directory, select the LEAVE VMAIL link
    • Enter the number or extension you wish to record the voicemail from (in the Record Vmail At field)
    • Select Call To Record
    • The system will call you at the destination entered and prompt you to record your voicemail

  • To add a contact to your conference bridge, select the CONFERENCE link
    • Select Call Now to connect the call immediately (joins caller to your conference bridge)
    • If you select Call Later, the individual will be populated in your participant’s list

  • To add a contact to your Personal Directory, select the ADD link
    • Enter the appropriate information into the fields
    • Select a Work or a Home number [Type]
    • Select ADD when finished
