(EHS-B130611-01) Phantom calls on ESI PBX & EHS SIP Trunks

Customers have been experiencing phantom calls with “Unavailable” caller ID. When escalated to ESI HS, the calls do not appear on the Hosted Switches. Such call tends to ring extension 100 and have no audio.


Please read the attached document regarding the phantom ghost calls some customers have been experiencing recently.
