On the voicemail settings page you can change your greeting and adjust your voicemail preferences.
Here's a brief overview of the voice mail settings you can change:
Turn voice mail on or off
- Use the checkbox to enable or disable sending unanswered calls to voicemail.
Adjust how your messages playback when you press the voicemail key on your phone:
- Sort messages by latest first to play the most recent first.
- Have the system announce the recieved time for the playing message.
- Have the system announce the caller ID for the playing message.
Update and manage your voicemail greetings:
- Click in the drop-down box to change to a previously uploaded/recorded greeting.
- Click on the manage button to:
- Upload an audio file for your greeting.
- Record a new greeting from your phone or any other phone number. This could be an outside number as well.
- Play, Delete, or Edit the settings for existing greetings.
Change your recorded name for the audio directory:
- Click the play button to hear your current recorded name.
- Click on the manage button to:
- Upload an audio file for your greeting.
- Record a new greeting from your phone or any other phone number. This could be an outside number as well.
Choose how you want voice mails delivered to your email inbox:
- Send an email with a web link to listen to your message.
- Send an email with an attached audio file copy of the message but leave message marked as new.
- Send an email with an attached audio file copy of the message but move message to saved.
- Send an email with an attached audio file copy of the message but move message to trash.
