The integrated contact management tool gives you a quick glance at the status of the other users on the system and let's you manage your personaly and company contacts all in one place.

Here's a brief overview of managing your contacts:

Access to system and personal contacts gives you the ability to:

  • Add additional contact details for co-workers.
  • Manually add personal contacts.
  • Create a favorites list.
  • Instantly search for a contact by name or number.
  • See status messages for co-workers

Filter your contacts with a single click to show:

  • Your favorites,
  • Contacts you have added/uploaded,
  • Co-workers and their extensions,
  • Co-workers in a specific department,
  • Co-workers that are: Available, Busy, or Offline.

View the status of co-workers:

  On a call
  Do Not Disturb
  Phone is Offline

Import & Export contacts to popular formats:

  • Google CSV file
  • Outlook CSV file
  • Apple vCard CSV file
