Forward unanswered calls to a co-worker

This type of answering rule allows you to forward your phone calls to a co-worker or other phone number when unanswered. This can also be used to send calls to an answering service or another destination so that business calls are always answered and don't go to voicemail. 

Here's a brief overview of how to forward your unanswered calls:

  1. Click on Edit Button to edit an existing rule.
  2. Click the checkbox for Call Forwarding, When Unanswered.
  3. Enter the destination where your unanswered calls will be sent.
    • This can be an external phone number such as a home phone or a cellular phone.
    • This can be set to send all calls directly to voicemail instead of ringing.
    • Calls can also be sent to another user such as an assistant/admin or co-worker's extension.

NOTE: After saving, ensure your new rule has priority by clicking the arrows and dragging the rule to the top of the list.
