Filter your call history

Call history filters are helpful for finding a particular call that was sent to your extension.

Call History Legend

 

The main call history page shows a list of calls with icons at the right for the call direction. Here's a quick overview of the icons and what they stand for:

Call to Conference Bridge
Inbound Call
Missed Call
Outbound Call

Filtering Call History

  1. Click on Filters Button
  2. Set your filter criteria:
    • Choose a date range by selecting a beginning and an end date for the range.
    • Enter the caller's number they called from.
    • Enter the number the caller dialed.
    • Select the call type: Inbound, Outbound, or Missed.
  3. Click on Set Filters Button
