Add an additional phone to your account

Having multiple phones tied to your account gives you the ability to create special call routing rules to ring a specific phone on certain days or even all of your phones at once.

Here's a brief overview of how to create an additional phone on your account:

  1. Click on Add Phone
  2. Set your phone name as follows*:
    • Primary phone: <Your Extension #>
    • Second phone: <Your Extension #>A
    • Third phone: <Your Extension #>B
  3. Select the phone model. Remember, only supported phones are shown in this list. 
  4. Enter the phone's MAC address. This is generally found on a label on the back of the phone.
  5. Select Line number 1**.
  6. Click on Save Phone

*Using a full text name for your phone name will restrict the phone from making ANY calls! The phone name should ALWAYS containing your extension number. Use a single letter at the end of the phone name to identify phones uniquely. 

**The first line for the phone should always be chosen to ensure proper configuration.
