Why can I no longer access the web portal by using my browser bookmark?
We've made some changes to the URLs associated with the eCloud portal, which affects your browser Bookmarks.

To update your bookmark

1) Delete browser bookmarks associated with the ESI Dashboard or eConsole.
2) Clear your browser cache (instruction on this below)
3) Access and save the bookmark for the portal.

Clearing your cache In Chrome

1) While in the browser press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
2) In the window that pops up check ONLY the Browser History box.
3) Click Clear Data.
It may take a few seconds depending on how many items you have to clear.
