Multi-language support for Text-To-Speech and Speech-To-Text

All announcements in the eCloud PBX can be recorded using Text-to-Speech.  

Auto Attendants offer the ability for the caller to navigate the attendant's menu using voice commands (Speech-to-Text).  
These two features were introduced in 2021 with English being the only language available.  ESI understands there are businesses serving communities where other languages may be used to better serve their clientel.

We are introducing the capability to now use Spanish and French (Canadian) for Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text.  This will give our customers the flexibility to provide custom greetings in either of those two languages, and more flexibility to build attendants that can be used for clients that speak those languages.

This feature is available today with no need to upgrade software or contact ESI.
