Completed: Vintalk Maintenance March 26th 2012

Dear Vintalk Customers,

Vintalk will be performing maintenance on its Los Angeles and New York SIP clusters on Tuesday March 27th, 2012 between 7:00 PM PDT through 8:00 PM PDT. We have an expected down time of 60 seconds at each data center as we upgrade software.

We will start maintenance in the Los Angeles data center at 7:00PM PDT and perform a soft-down of services. Client PBXs will be able to fail-over to the New York server during this soft-down period. We will wait for the active call volume to drop in Los Angeles data center prior to performing the software upgrade. After the software upgrade is completed in the Los Angeles data center we will resume all services.

At approximately 7:30PM PDT we will perform a soft-down to our New York switch allowing customers to fail-over to the Los Angeles switch. Upon call volume dropping in New York we will perform the software upgrade, and restart services in New York.

Maintenance will be completed at approximately 8:00PM PDT.

We will post to the Vintalk Support Portal after the maintenance cycle has been completed.
