ESI would like to inform you that eConsole v2.3.5 will be released at 10:00 PM (CST) on Monday, Dec 31, 2018

Why can I no longer access the web portal by using my browser bookmark?
We've made some changes to the URLs associated with the eCloud portal, which affects your browser Bookmarks.

To update your bookmark

1) Delete browser bookmarks associated with the ESI Dashboard or eConsole.
2) Clear your browser cache (instruction on this below)
3) Access my.esihs.net and save the bookmark for the portal.

Clearing your cache In Chrome

1) While in the browser press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
2) In the window that pops up check ONLY the Browser History box.
3) Click Clear Data.
It may take a few seconds depending on how many items you have to clear.

Updating your eConsole browser Bookmark

Good morning. 
We've made some changes to the URLs associated with the eCloud portal, which affects your browser Bookmarks.  
You need to 
1) Delete browser bookmarks associated with the (old) Dashboard or eConsole. 
2) Clear your browser cache (instruction on this below)
3) Access my.esihs.net and save the bookmark for the portal. 
You no longer need the URL that contains "econsole". However we are currently working to redirect econsole.esihs.net to my.esihs.net to make it easier for users.

ESI would like to inform you that at 10:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, Dec 27, 2018 the ESI eConsole was upgraded to version 2.3.2. 

The release notes describe a significant change to the login access for Call Center Supervisors and Agents along with other improvement information.

ESI eConsole Release v2.2.14 at 10:00 PM (CST) on Tuesday, Nov 13, 2018

ESI would like to inform you that at 10:00 PM (CST) on Tuesday, Nov 13, 2018 the ESI eConsole was upgraded to version 2.2.14.
